Indiana University: Two parcels acquired in October & November 2017. Situated in immediate proximity to the Indiana University’s basketball arena. For Academic year 2018-19, this asset contains 388 beds featuring studio, one, two, and three bedroom layouts with community features consisting of a pool, barbecue area, community club house, hammock garden, dog park and indoor basketball and volleyball courts.
Plato's Court on Whitney
Yale University: Acquired in April 2017. Situated adjacent to the Yale School of Management, this 1920s-vintage property was acquired as a traditional MF asset. Following a complete interior renovation and modernization completed in summer of 2018, the asset has transformed into a premier purpose-built student-housing project, consisting of 35 beds in 14 units.

University of North Carolina-Wilmington: Acquired in June 2017. Situated at the entrance to the University of North Carolina - Wilmington, this 2015 new construction purpose-built asset contains 54 units & 216 beds in 4 bedroom, 4 bath layouts. The property features a pool, barbecue area, club house, fitness center and media center. The clubhouse was fully renovated in Autumn of 2018.
